The reel life duo is affectionately called as #MayRa, and this news of Byehadh 2 going off-air suddenly has left them in a state of shock. In fact, Maya and Rudra's chemistry has found a new fan base on social media. Ever since the beginning the show has been fairing well and keeping audiences hooked to the screens. The channel's call to put an end to the shows has left everyone in a frenzy, especially fans of Beyhadh 2.īeyhadh 2 began its journey on TV only in December 2019. Further, they revealed that the decision for termination has been taken after a joint agreement with the producers. So, keeping the best interests of everyone, the shows have been terminated. However, considering the unfortunate crisis that is going on, this couldn't happen. While the daily soaps were doing good and would have eventually paved better narratives. In a statement to Times of India, the channel stated that since the shoots have been since March owing to the Coronavirus spread, the shows were unable to shoot their logical ends. Well, the reason for shelving these three popular shows is the on-going lockdown. The makers though may tease the audience with a suspense, where Arjun (Kushal) will continue to feel Maya’s threat around him.This shocking piece of news came in yesterday (April 20, 2020), wherein the channel decided to put an end to Beyadh 2 along with two other shows. The climax will be an intense dramatic one, leading to the antagonists Maya (Jennifer) and Samay’s (Piyush Sahdev) death. The team of Beydhah will reportedly wrap up shoot on August 22.
The registration for the show began in June. KBC, which is returning after a gap of three years will soon go on floors, and will tentatively air from mid-September. But sources confirm to that Kaun Banega Crorepati will air at 9pm, Monday-Friday.
Speculations were rife that Siddharth P Malhotra’s Haasil, starring Zayed Khan, Nikita Dutta and Vatsal Seth, will take up its slot. And taking over its slot on Sony Entertainment Television will be the most awaited game show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Beyhadh, with its hatke storyline and a stellar star cast of Jennifer Winget, Kushal Tandon and Aneri Vajani, might have won hearts but it is all set to go off air.
